Wireless data transmission and data access

All personal data transmitted over the Internet to and from the CONFIDANT website is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. To further protect users' privacy, access to personal data is granted only after a unique ID and password are entered from a secured browser with 128-bit encryption support.

Data center security

CONFIDANT further ensures the security and privacy of data through the services of Peak 10, a HIPAA compliant data center-solutions company which houses our data server infrastructure. The data center is engineered with multiple levels of security, uninterruptible power, redundant HVAC systems, fire suppression and around-the-clock monitoring and management.
